I operate as a private-pay practice and do not accept insurance. However, I can provide a superbill, which you may submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I recommend checking with your insurance company to
understand your coverage for out-of-network mental health services.

As a psychologist and skilled public speaker, I deliver dynamic educational presentations designed to inform, inspire, and empower audiences on a wide range of mental health topics. My sessions combine expert knowledge with a clear, engaging style, making complex psychological concepts accessible and practical for community organizations, and professional groups alike.
Topics often include managing stress, building resilience, understanding the mind-body connection, and prioritizing self-care. Each presentation is thoughtfully customized to suit the unique needs of the audience, offering interactive elements that encourage reflection, dialogue, and real-world application. Participants walk away with valuable insights and actionable tools to better support their mental health, navigate challenges, and foster emotional well-being in both personal and professional settings.
My mission is to promote mental health literacy, reduce stigma, and equip individuals and organizations with knowledge that creates lasting impact.
Please note: These presentations are for educational purposes only and do not replace therapy, clinical services, or individualized mental health care. For personal support, individuals should seek guidance from a licensed healthcare professional.
I offer thoughtful, personalized clinical supervision for mental health trainees and professionals seeking to deepen their skills and grow with confidence. With nearly a decade of experience supervising practicum students, interns, and postdoctoral fellows at an APA-accredited teaching hospital, I’ve not only provided countless hours of direct supervision but also led training for doctoral interns on how to become effective supervisors themselves.
My approach is collaborative, developmental, and rooted in evidence-based practices. I believe that supervision should be a safe, exploratory space where clinicians can build their expertise while reflecting on their work in a supportive and enriching environment. Whether you’re refining clinical techniques, navigating complex cases, or strengthening your professional identity, my goal is to provide the mentorship needed to foster growth, promote ethical practice, and deliver patient-centered care.
Know What to Expect, Always
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any health care items or services upon request or when scheduling such items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
If you schedule a healthcare service at least 3 business days in advance, your provider or facility must give you a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) in writing within 1 business day of scheduling. If scheduled 10 or more business days in advance, they must provide the GFE within 3 business days. You can also request a GFE before scheduling, and the provider or facility must give it to you in writing within 3 business days of your request.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more for any provider or facility than your Good Faith Estimate from that provider or facility, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate: visit: www.cms.gov/nosurprises
